Description
Grid-Cassette Four-Person Camping Dinnerware Set
Four cassettes in one controlled grid
This camping dinnerware set organizes four personal place-setting trays in a low 2-by-2 carrier. Each cassette can hold a project-defined plate, bowl, cup and cutlery group, while a narrow central channel separates selected accessories. The structure is materially different from radial pods, corner caddies and perpendicular tray stacks.
All visuals are concept images. They do not represent a verified production SKU, factory sample, customer order or performance result.
PRODUCT PARAMETER
The camping dinnerware set remains a project concept until its BOM, drawings, materials and evidence are approved.
| Product type | Modular four-person camping dinnerware set development concept |
|---|---|
| Reference components | Four cassettes, four plates, four bowls, four cups, four knife-fork-spoon groups, central accessory channel, carrier, zip case and strap; final BOM to be confirmed |
| Material / finish | To be confirmed for the project after intended use, cleaning and target-market review |
| Dimensions / packed mass | To be confirmed for the project from approved drawings and packed configuration |
| Color / decoration | Artwork, color tolerance, decoration process and evidence scope require sample approval |
| Compatibility | Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing. |
| MOQ / price / lead time | To be confirmed for the project |
| Packaging | To be confirmed after channel, protection, instructions and transit-risk review |
REFERENCE CONFIGURATIONS
The reference arrangement is an RFQ discussion tool rather than a fixed catalogue specification. Buyers should define component counts, dimensional envelopes, food and drink uses, target markets, replacement logic, branding and pack-out route.

| Route | Reference grouping | Buyer decisions |
|---|---|---|
| Essential grid | Four cassettes with plate, bowl, cup and cutlery groups | Counts, dimensions, use conditions and cassette layout. |
| Accessory-channel route | Grid plus textile, instructions or project accessory in the center | Maximum envelope, migration control and removal order. |
| Replacement route | One identified cassette can be reviewed separately | Guide tolerance, ID method and master-carrier compatibility. |
| Retail/channel route | Loaded carrier, zip case, protective insert and outer pack | Barcode, labels, transit method and disposal information. |
Guide ribs, stops and finger access
The carrier controls location with row-column guides rather than stacked overlap. Each cassette needs a defined insertion direction, stop position and finger pull. The central channel must not force either cassette column outward, and the case must close without converting soft-wall pressure into a geometry claim.

Cassette interface questions
- Can every cassette be removed without lifting the adjacent unit?
- Do guide ribs seat without distorting the carrier or dinnerware?
- Are plate rims, cup walls and utensils clear of hard stop features?
- Can the center accessory be removed without contaminating food-contact surfaces?
- Can a replacement cassette be identified and checked against the controlled carrier?
Procurement brief for a grid review
Provide the target BOM, component drawings or samples, use conditions, target markets, annual demand estimate, artwork, packaging channel and required evidence. Structure approvals with the BOM revision guide, fit sampling plan and carry-case inspection method.
Row-column development gates
Freeze cassette outlines, carrier grid, guide locations, center-channel envelope and case closure before representative fit review. A revised plate rim, cup height or cutlery divider can change insertion, balance and case fit even when the selling name remains unchanged.
| Gate | Evidence | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | BOM, use conditions, dimensional envelope and channel | Approve feasibility review. |
| Drawing | Rows, columns, guides, stops, gaps, center channel and artwork zones | Authorize prototype or revise. |
| Sample | Traceable cassettes, components, insertion order, balance and access | Accept, rework or hold. |
| Evidence | Material/food-contact scope, cleaning and packaging checks | Close market-specific gaps. |
| Golden sample | Signed BOM, drawings, color, pack-out and comparator sample | Freeze the approved state. |
Evidence boundaries for the cassette set
The concept visuals do not establish material, certification or performance. Selection depends on food type, temperature, contact duration, cleaning and target market. Primary references include the US FDA conditions-of-use framework, the European Commission food-contact materials overview and the ISTA procedure directory for distribution planning.
The Grid-Cassette concept carries no assumed claim for biodegradability, compostability, recycled content, microwave or dishwasher use, freezing, sealing, drop resistance or carrying load. Define each required claim and its evidence in the project brief.
Customization and tooling questions
Color families, surface finish, logo location, cassette ID, textile case, strap hardware and retail packaging can be reviewed against buyer artwork and target requirements. New guides, stops, dividers or carrier geometry may require feasibility, tooling and intellectual-property review. Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.
Case and channel pack-out
The camping dinnerware set zip case is not automatically the full transit package. Review cassette separators, guide pressure, case seams, instruction placement, labels and outer-carton controls for the selected channel. Record total packed mass, center of gravity and the cassette removal sequence for each approved configuration.

Grid-specific review points
- Row-column alignment and cassette insertion order
- Guide clearance, stop seating and finger access
- Plate, bowl, cup and cutlery retention inside each cassette
- Center-channel clearance and accessory migration
- Case fit, strap route and loaded balance
- Decoration, component count and packaging traceability
Procurement FAQ
Is Grid-Cassette an existing production SKU?
No. It is a buyer-development concept, not a factory sample or customer order.
Can one cassette be supplied as a replacement?
That route can be evaluated, but guide tolerances, identification and replacement compatibility need controlled definitions.
Can existing dinnerware be loaded into the cassettes?
Possibly. Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.
How should buyers define cassette material and color?
Specify food and drink conditions, cleaning, market, evidence scope and artwork first; the project review can then confirm material and color routes.
When can commercial terms be confirmed for this grid?
MOQ, price and lead time remain To be confirmed for the project after the cassette layout, BOM, decoration, packaging and development work are defined.
Is cookware included in the cassette BOM?
No. This reference grid covers dinnerware only; any cookware brief needs its own heat, load, handle and use-condition evidence.
