Description
PORTABLE SET DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT
Wedge-Lane Four-Person Camping Dinnerware Set
This camping dinnerware set concept uses four removable tapered dividers to create inclined packing lanes inside a low-profile rectangular case. The dividers separate plate and bowl groups while cups sit in corner docks and utensils use a slim side sleeve. It is concept imagery, not a verified production SKU.
- Inclined lanes create a different packing architecture from vertical racks, hinge chains and circular pods
- Dividers can be removed for cleaning and project-specific lane review
- Plate, bowl, cup, cutlery, lunch-container and case combinations can be evaluated
- Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.

REFERENCE CONFIGURATIONS
Define the camping dinnerware set by component revision and user count before the lane geometry is reviewed.

| Configuration | Reference combination | Review focus |
|---|---|---|
| Meal set | Four plates, four bowls, four cups and four cutlery bundles | Lane pitch, stack height, count and access |
| Lunch add-on | Meal set plus one lunch container | Container envelope, lid protection and case closure |
| Channel pack | Set, case, instructions, protective insert and retail/mail-order pack | Pack-out sequence, scuff contact and carton cube |
These are development references, not fixed commercial specifications. Final component count, materials, finishes, packaging and compliance scope depend on the approved brief.
INCLINED WEDGE-LANE ARCHITECTURE

Each tapered divider establishes an inclined boundary between component groups. The geometry can reduce broad face-to-face contact and keep different stack profiles visible at opening, but the result depends on actual divider stiffness, edge radius, component geometry, case wall support and loaded movement.
The dividers are removable so the buyer can review cleaning access, replacement logic and alternate configurations. Their secondary use as tabletop separators is only a concept for sample evaluation, not a claimed food-contact function or performance promise.
WHAT TO SEND FOR A PROJECT REVIEW
| Buyer input | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Component BOM and target user count | Defines stack quantity and lane allocation |
| Drawings or physical samples | Supports lane pitch, divider height and contact-clearance review |
| Case envelope and opening preference | Controls wall support, access and closure stack-up |
| Food-use, cleaning and target-market conditions | Sets material and evidence questions without blanket claims |
| Logo, color, channel packaging and destination | Defines artwork, sample, packaging and quotation scope |
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL
A camping dinnerware set with removable wedges needs one controlled drawing set for components, dividers, case and pack-out.
- Freeze the component revision and four-person count.
- Measure plate, bowl, cup, utensil and lunch-container envelopes.
- Draw the lane pitch, divider taper, edge radius, tabs and case-wall interfaces.
- Review packed contacts, insertion/removal path and case closure with a project sample.
- Approve color, logo position, packaging and instructions against the same revision.
- Record any component substitution through a change-impact review before release.
No tooling, production method or manufacturing capability is asserted here. Any custom mold or divider development requires project evaluation.
MATERIAL AND COMPLIANCE BOUNDARY
Material selection and food-contact evidence must be defined by finished component, color, finish, decoration, intended food, temperature, contact duration and cleaning condition. The US FDA food-contact notification inventory, the European Commission food-contact materials overview, and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 are primary starting points, not product certificates.
The case, divider, printed areas, adhesives and dinnerware components may have different evidence needs. Dishwasher, microwave, leakproof, heat-resistant, biodegradable or cookware claims are not assumed. Dinnerware is not cookware unless a specific product and evidence scope supports that use.
PACKING AND SAMPLE APPROVAL

Approve the unloaded case, fully packed case and repack sequence. Observe whether dividers tilt, disengage or mark surfaces; whether cups leave their docks; whether utensils reach food-contact surfaces; and whether the lid closes without forcing the stacks. Use a numbered pack-out instruction after the configuration is stable.
For quotation scope, separate dinnerware components, case/dividers, decoration and packaging. See the camping dinnerware quotation guide, the case-fit checklist, and the pre-shipment inspection guide.
PROCUREMENT FAQ
Are the wedge dividers fixed dimensions?
No. Divider taper, height, pitch and attachment are to be confirmed from the project BOM, samples and case drawing.
Can existing dinnerware be used?
It may be evaluated, but compatibility cannot be assumed. Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.
Are the dividers food-contact safe?
No blanket claim is made. Intended use, material, finished component, contact route and market evidence must be defined for the project.
Can the case include a lunch box?
Yes as a configuration option for review, subject to envelope, closure, retention and contact checks.
What are the MOQ, price and delivery time?
To be confirmed for the project after the BOM, materials, decoration, packaging and development scope are reviewed.
