This four-person camping dinnerware set uses four removable radial wedge trays around a central lunch-box module. Plates stand in a curved perimeter slot, while bowls, cups and four cutlery groups occupy defined bays inside a low hard-sided oval carry pod. The radial layout is the core design difference, not a color or background variation.
PRODUCT PARAMETER
| Project type | Configurable four-person outdoor dinnerware development concept |

| Primary architecture | Low oval carry pod with four removable radial wedge trays and one central lunch-box module |
| Reference components | Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery groups, central lunch-box module, radial trays and carry pod |
| Materials | To be confirmed for the project |
| Dimensions and weight | To be confirmed for the project |
| Color and finish | To be confirmed for the project |
| MOQ, price and lead time | To be confirmed for the project |
| Compatibility | Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing. |
REFERENCE CONFIGURATIONS
| Program direction | Reference contents | Buyer decisions |
|---|---|---|
| Meal-service set | Four plates, four bowls, four cups and four cutlery groups in the pod | Final counts, geometry, material, finish and packing sequence |
| Meal-plus-container set | Meal-service components plus the central lunch-box module | Food type, closure intent, fill condition and cleaning brief |
| Configurable project | Selected radial trays, component groups and packaging | Controlled BOM, drawings, target markets and approval evidence |
Every configuration remains subject to project review. A reference image does not confirm capacity, sealing, temperature performance or regulatory suitability.
Radial storage architecture
The Carousel-Pod organizes access around a central module. Each wedge tray can be assigned to a diner, component group or serving task. Curved perimeter retention protects the plate stack without copying a conventional rectangular lunchbox or simple nested cylinder. Buyers should review loaded balance, opening footprint, removal order and whether a tray must leave the pod before another component can be accessed.

Development controls
| Interface | Development question | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Wedge tray to radial rail | What clearance, stop and pull path allow repeatable removal without wedge lock? | Controlled drawings, measured samples and fit record |
| Central module to locating spine | How is rotation, lift and loaded movement controlled? | Project sample under defined load and orientation |
| Plate stack to curved slot | How are profile variation, contact marking and removal clearance handled? | Cross-part fit review using identified revisions |
| Pod hinge and latch | What opening angle, closing sequence and packed load apply? | Use-condition brief and acceptance criteria |
| Ventilation and cleaning | Can all storage channels drain, dry and be inspected? | Cleaning method, geometry review and project verification |
| Rattle and balance | Which retainers or clearances control movement without damaging surfaces? | Packed configuration and transport review |
Inputs needed for quotation review
Provide the target component count, food and use conditions, material direction, target markets, color and decoration brief, package type, reference drawings, inspection plan and required claim wording. Use the modular set-parts guide to define the BOM, the component change-control guide to set reopening triggers, and the golden-sample guide to structure approval. If custom geometry is requested, identify which components may change and which interfaces must remain fixed.
- Final dimensions, capacities and weights: To be confirmed for the project
- Packaging construction and drop profile: To be confirmed for the project
- Tooling, mold ownership and development route: To be confirmed for the project
- Compliance and test scope: To be confirmed for the project
Material and compliance boundary
No material, certification or food-contact claim is implied by the renderings. The buyer and supplier should confirm final formulations, colorants, additives, intended food types, temperatures, contact duration, cleaning conditions and destination markets before selecting evidence. Dinnerware is not cookware, and no oven, stovetop or direct-flame use is represented.
Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing. Regulatory scope, testing, declarations and labeling remain To be confirmed for the project. Buyer evidence requests may be framed with the US FDA food types and conditions of use, the European Commission food-contact materials overview, and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. These sources define review context; they do not certify this concept.
Camping dinnerware set procurement FAQ
Is the Carousel-Pod an existing production SKU?
No. It is a development concept for discussing a radial storage architecture and project inputs.
Can the wedge trays be reordered?
The concept supports configuration discussion, but rail geometry, stops, loaded balance and removal sequence must be confirmed by drawing and sample.
The camping dinnerware set should also be reviewed in its final packed sequence because radial access, component contact and carry balance depend on the approved BOM.
Does the central lunch-box module seal?
No sealing or leakage claim is made. Closure design, food type, orientation, fill, temperature and acceptance method are To be confirmed for the project.
Are plates, bowls and cups interchangeable with other sets?
Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.
Can colors, decoration and retail packaging be customized?
Those options may be reviewed against the project brief, material system, process limits, artwork files, evidence requirements and commercial feasibility. Availability is not preconfirmed.
