Description

Overhead concept with one empty terracotta upright-sleeve case, four round plates, bowls and cups, closed cutlery roll and separate divided food-container candidate

UPRIGHT-SLEEVE SET CONCEPT

Upright Sleeve Camping Dinnerware Set

This upright sleeve camping dinnerware set is a buyer-development concept for a four-place round dinnerware arrangement. A narrow shoulder case displays vertical plate channels and separate bowl and cup zones, while a closed cutlery roll and divided food-container candidate remain separately reviewable. The proposed access and component geometry differ from the site's flat folio, open tote and stacked two-deck concepts.

PRODUCT PARAMETER

Concept architectureOne terracotta-tone narrow upright shoulder case with padded vertical sleeves; round dining components arranged for four places as a reference concept
Reference componentsFour round plates, four shallow bowls and four short handleless cups; a closed cutlery roll proposed for four settings; a separate divided food-container candidate. Final counts and inclusion require a controlled component matrix.
SKUTo be confirmed for the project
Materials and food-contact surfacesTo be confirmed for the project. Colors and textures in the illustration do not identify a resin, metal grade or tested finish.
Dimensions, weight and capacityTo be confirmed for the project
Color and finishReference concept uses sage-tone round eating pieces, cream cups and a terracotta-tone case; final colors and surface finishes to be confirmed for the project.
Case and retentionVertical plate sleeves, separated bowl/cup zones and an independent utensil roll are proposed; seam, zipper, strap and loaded-envelope drawings to be confirmed for the project.
Packaging and logoPlacement, artwork process, retail/transport package and component list to be confirmed for the project.
MOQ, price and lead timeTo be confirmed for the project
Target marketsEurope, North America and Australia are buyer targets; finished-component evidence and intended use require market-specific review.

REFERENCE CONFIGURATIONS

Do not treat the overhead illustration as a fixed bundle. The buyer should release a base component matrix, a case interface and any food-storage add-on independently, then review actual samples and drawings before asking for a final quotation.

Four-place dining base

Propose four eating positions using round plates, shallow bowls and cups. Decide whether every meal needs both a plate and bowl; approve the real component count and utensil set rather than treating an illustration as a packing list.

Container decision

The divided food container can be omitted, bundled or quoted as a separate module. Its lid, divider retention, cleaning and food-use scope require their own drawings and evidence.

Upright case option

Define the plate slot width, rim protection, bowl and cup pockets, utensil-roll location, opening clearance and loading order. An empty compartment is not evidence that the nominated components fit.

Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing. The concept cannot establish capacity, loaded balance, zipper life, leak resistance or distribution performance.

Why an upright sleeve changes the review

The vertical channel can make the plate edge and count visible at the table, while a narrow shoulder format may occupy a different packing envelope than a flat folio. By comparison, the published folio-case concept uses a book-opening two-place layout, and the double-deck concept separates components by storage level. This is a different case silhouette, plate geometry, access sequence and user-count proposal, not a recolored version of either.

The advantage is only a design hypothesis until samples are reviewed. A plate may stand in the cavity but catch on the opening, a bowl stack may raise the center of mass, or a shoulder strap may alter loaded handling. Ask for a dimensioned case drawing, a loaded pack-out trial and a separate risk review for food-contact faces before a buyer approves the architecture.

Review sleeve, seam and component protection

The padded channels, divider seam and zipper in the concept are visual prompts for a specification review, not a verified construction. Confirm which contact surfaces may touch the plate rims and how the case can be cleaned and dried. The cutlery roll should protect points and food-contact faces without hiding a missing piece; its final closure and count remain project decisions.

Use the published case-fit drawing checklist to record real part revisions, opening path and clearance, and the modular-set interface map to distinguish a shared module from a one-off case. Neither document asserts this illustrated configuration is in production.

Development controls for a configurable set

Component and option matrix

Define exact counts, functions, part drawings, finish and optional status. Ask the supplier to separate verified existing components from new-development candidates in writing.

Carry and pack-out

Release the opening, vertical sleeves, loaded envelope, strap handling and component-contact map from physical samples. An illustration does not approve retention or transport protection.

Customization and tooling

Send the desired round rim, bowl profile, cup form, divided container, logo location, color reference and packaging artwork. Whether any shape needs a new mold, process or qualified source remains a written feasibility question.

Revision and release

A change to the rim, case divider, cutlery roll, decoration or bundle count reopens fit, food-use evidence, packing sequence and artwork before final listing.

Material and compliance boundary

The illustration does not establish what the finished eating pieces are made from. For Europe, review the actual food-contact components within the European Commission's food-contact legislation framework. The US FDA food-types and conditions-of-use guidance and FSANZ food-packaging guidance help frame different market questions. None certifies this concept or confirms a particular supplier capability.

Request finished-part evidence for the final plate, bowl, cup, utensils and food container, including pigment and logo decoration where relevant. Record intended foods, temperature, contact duration and cleaning by component. The carry case needs separate cleaning and handling controls. Dinnerware is not cookware: no direct-flame, burner, campfire, oven, microwave, dishwasher, leakproof or drop-performance claim is made without product-specific evidence.

Procurement FAQ

Is this upright-sleeve set an available SKU?

No. It is a buyer-development concept. Inventory, materials, exact counts, construction and commercial terms are To be confirmed for the project.

Do four place settings fit this exact case?

That has not been demonstrated. Compatibility to be confirmed by project sample and drawing.

Can the divided container be separate?

It is a proposed assortment option. Define its final lid, divider, intended food use and packing route before including it in a released set or quote.

Can the buyer request a different plate rim or logo?

Yes, as a design brief. Existing-component availability, decoration method and new-tooling feasibility require a written project assessment; none is pre-approved here.

Does a padded vertical sleeve guarantee transport protection?

No. Specify the final inner and outer pack, distribution route, inspection and applicable testing separately. The image is not a damage or drop-test result.

What is needed for a useful quotation?

Provide the component/option matrix, sample or drawings, case envelope, target markets, food-use and cleaning conditions, logo files, packaging and evidence requirements. Ask for verified scope and open development issues to be itemized.

Review an upright-sleeve configuration

Share the intended four-place meal, component counts and revisions, vertical carry-case opening and pockets, target markets, food-use conditions, customization and packaging. Request a written reply on verified supply scope, sample fit review, tooling feasibility and unresolved evidence.

Request a configuration and sample review

To compare it with another carry architecture, send the same component matrix with both case briefs. No MOQ, price, lead time or tested compatibility is implied by this concept.
