Material Selection and Evidence
The composite formulation must identify the PP resin and plant-filler content. A separate clear lid material may be needed and must be declared. No component should be described as plastic-free merely because it has a natural-speckle appearance.
The validation plan may include migration testing, handle-load cycling, closure cycling, docking retention, drop testing and staining or cleaning trials. Each method should use the final formulation and assembled product.
Custom Molding and Development Workflow
This is a higher-complexity molding program because the tray, lid, bowls, utensil storage and handle interact. A staged prototype can validate serving layout and carry balance before the full tool package is released.
- Buyer brief. Confirm users, destination market, order forecast, target cost, component list, storage method and retail channel.
- Engineering review. Evaluate geometry, nesting, draft angles, wall distribution, forming or tooling route, decoration area and packing efficiency.

This concept does not use a universal MOQ. Quotation depends on material, component count, new-tool complexity, decoration, packaging and annual forecast. Prototype, mold, decoration fixture and retail-packaging charges are separated where relevant. Sample timing and production lead time begin only after the corresponding specification, artwork and payment milestone are approved.
